Original partners Paul Meissner and Ed Carlson graduated from Clearwater high school in the 1960s. After Paul Meissner‘s stint in the FBI, the two reunited to open a law firm in Clearwater. Since that time, the firm has developed a profound relationship with the local community. And what started in 1971 as just two lawyers has blossomed into almost twenty–at five physical locations.
